شروط الاسترجاع
- في حال رغب المشترك بالغاء الحجز واسترداد المبلغ الرجاء ارسال طلب الغاء عبر البريد الالكتروني الرسمي reach.howa@gmail.com
- لطلبات الاسترداد خلال فترة (١٤ يوم او اكثر) من تاريخ النشاط سيتم استرداد كامل المبلغ
- لطلبات الاسترداد خلال فترة (١٣ يوم او اقل) من تاريخ النشاط سيتم خصم ٣٠٪ من المبلغ المدفوع
- لطلبات الاسترداد خلال فترة (٤٨ ساعة او اقل) من تاريخ النشاط لن يتم استرداد أي مبلغ
- تتم اعادة المبلغ في خلال فترة ٧ الى ٣٠ يوم، قد تنطبق شروط وأحكام البنك الخاص بالمشترك
Cancellation policy
- To cancel a course/event registration please send an email to the following address reach.howa@gmail.com
- A full refund shall only be approved if cancellation request is sent 14 days or more prior to the course/event date
- Any cancellation request sent in less than 13 days, 30% will be deducted of the total amount paid and the remaining shall be refunded.
- NO refund shall be approved if the cancellation request was sent 48 hours prior to the course/event.
- Please allow for 7 to 30 days for the refund to get processed, processing time differs from bank to bank.
Payment Mechanism and Payments
- The approved currency and accepted for payment is the Saudi riyal.
- All prices include value added tax
- The information entered by the customer must be reviewed before confirming the purchase process, and it should be noted that House of Wisdom academy is not responsible for any consequences that may occur as a result of an error in the customer entering his information.
- Payment should be received in full maximum 4 weeks prior to the course/workshop date.
